This is short and sweet but Im just proud of myself. Today I feel like I was asking less and less for help with remembering drinks and recipes when doing a restock.
We had a lot of call offs today and I felt like I actually contributed to helping out my partners instead of being in the way lol.
Everyone also complimented me on my work today and thanked me for all the help 😭😭 Im so proud rn

Yo that's whats up!! You can remember the drinks all you want, but when call outs happen and shit hits the fan, pulling your weight goes a long way. That's what separates good partners from great partners. Keep it up!!!

Yes exactly!! It felt so good to actually be helpful to the team and keep things running smoothly. I still had questions here and there but nothing crazy and agh im just so proud lol. Ty for the support :D

You should be proud! It's honestly really hard to be a green bean, you just get throw into the mix of everything & all the chaos with only the tools that the barista trainer gave you/the learning bullshit. You'll get the hang of it eventually it will be muscle memory & you will dream about the curse of the siren hah good luck congrats green bean! <3
