Can you give me some info on how you did it and what exactly are the pros and cons?
I'm definitely leaning towards one side but i'd like to get the facts from people who are currently in stores that are in the starbucks union.

we filed for our election a few weeks ago! it’s so worth it, we don’t have our contract negotiated yet obviously but trust me it’s worth it!! and you’ll meet some cool people :)

Technically there hasn't been a store that has a negotiated contract signed. Anything being said in this thread would be based on speculation.
