Took a dt order today while a baby was screaming their head off in the car. Had to pull the headset away from my head and then back to try to hear the order. It took forever and really hurt.
They pull up to the window and the woman in passenger seat leans over to tell me "I know the baby is loud and you can't hear but you need to make sure your mic is off before you say "omg". That was very rude. "
I apologized or whatever but what I wanted to say was "having the back window down while ordering with a baby screaming is rude. You should apologize for being so inconsiderate" Srsly, put the window up. I understand babies cry. Put the window up to muffle the screaming. Hearing loss is permanent.
