I truly don’t think our price increases will hurt our business but it will certainly hurt our customer connection scores and general customer attitude.

Customers might complain initially, but they'll still come grumbling back. Bet you there's a group out there willing to pay $10 for coffee and sugar drinks. Just like the fruit phone, people shall treat this as a status symbol of wealth.

Non-livable wages, no daily food/drink mark out and short staffed with high volume.

Love how this all happened after we got our daily food and drink markout taken away (from non-home stores), now it'll be even less affordable for baristas to get something to drink/eat on their off days, or in places not by their home store
