so tomorrow I’m on the schedule from 12-1pm and then 3-7:30pm. However today my moms car’s battery died and she needs to use mine for a while. It’s frustrating but we’re making it work. Anyway, she has work until 2 and I won’t be able to come in from 12-1. Would it be okay if called out for that hour?I can get there at three when I’m supposed to, just not 12-1. on my schedule that hour is labeled as “non coverage” so I’m assuming I was getting trained on something shift supervisor related since I’ve been promoted. I’m pretty sure I’m getting shown inventory. Will the managers be pissed? I hate to be on anyone’s bad side and want to know how much I should care. I let my manger know an hour ago but I’m pretty sure she won’t see it until morning.
