we also have no frap roast for frappuccinos but our espresso machines are broken and it’s the middle of peak and we have mobiles and delivery and cafe and drive through wrapped around the block and people are wondering where their drinks are-

So they eventually turned off mobiles and deliveries, but cafe and drive through are still at high volume 😬

At least you know if people coming in for mobiles it’s not your store😭 we have a store across the street so there’s constantly confusion with orders but when we have mobiles turned off we know for sure they have to store across the street🙏🏻

It's insane how long it takes to make smart decisions. Mobile, delivery and DT should be shut down immediately in that situation and there should be a giant sign on the door informing customers that only coffee, tea and refreshers are available. All you're doing by pretending everything is fine is pissing off customers and then making the Baristas deal with the fallout.

Make a big sign on a cardboard box. Bring it outside in front of the drive throught. “NO MORE ESPRESSO OR FRAPPACINOS”
