There are the new brown espresso machines (Mastrena 2) and then before them were the bulky silver ones (Mastrena 1). Mastrena 1 also couldn't hold both blonde and decaf so you'd have separate machines for either. The new machines can carry anything and they pull shots much quicker ✌️

Saw a girl on tik tok combine OJ and shots and it reminds me of this. Haven't tried it yet because these kinds of drinks gave me PTSD from working as a partner lol

The worst ones for me were cold foam or VSCCF on hot drinks. My SM insisted we do it for people but COLD MILK IN HOT DRINK IS SO WRONG AND SEEMS LIKE A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION OR SOMETHING 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
