If you have documentation (texts, incident report from injury, etc) you should be able to fight it. Especially Covid and the work-related injury…there’s policies in place to protect you from being issued corrective action, as long as you did your part in calling out in the allotted time (4 hours prior to your shift if I’m remembering it correctly). You can also call the helpline, the number should be posted in the backroom or an SSV can help you find it.

I communicated with my manager that I don’t understand why this is happening because she is well aware of the reasons I have missed these shifts. I personally delivered her a note from my doctor in relation to the work place injury stating I needed the days off that I received and there is literally no way about going around covid isolation. I’m just quite frustrated and not sure why this happened

If she asks you to sign something, don’t. Tell her you will need to see proof of how your absences went against company policy. Call your DM. Again, call that help line in the back (also posted on the partner hub) and let them know what’s going on. Hope it works out ok!
