A store manager has reached out to me, and wants to bring me onboard. does anyone have any helpful information, if I can work for example two separate shifts in one day? Like 4am to 8am, then 5pm to close?

This may vary state to state, but in CA, you have to get paid a shift differential if you work a split shift, so it's not something that happens outside of an emergency.
