so yesterday I got a call asking me if i was still interested in an interview to be a barista, i said yes and scheduled and interview on the phone. later that night at 11pm i got two emails back to back. the first one saying the job refreshed and my application expired. and the second one was a rejection saying after consideration from the hiring team i have not been chosen to move forward. so im just confused

if you scheduled the interview over the phone, go. the same thing happened to me, my app expired and a rejection email, and then i decided to call and “ask about my application” and we scheduled an interview. idk if those emails are automatic or what but i know the expiration thing is just because they list their jobs for a couple months at a time and then they expire and list again so they can get fresh applications of people who are still interested. so definitely go to the interview! good luck!

i had this happen to me when i interviewed a little bit ago!
my manager explained to me that the system hecks up sometimes and just,,, sends those rejections out??? our interview was still scheduled
