My store is one of the few stores in the area that closes at 11:00 pm (out by 11:30pm) on Fridays and Saturdays, we also clean play on Mondays and Tuesdays until 11:30 pm. Our evening/night crew constantly contains maybe 2 over 18s and then rest are minors. My SM claims to try and not make anyone work all 4 days. So why do I keep getting all 4 days or 3/4 days in a row with my other day being another closing day?
I know I’m an adult who is allowed to stay until then but it’s annoying when it’s screwing up my sleep schedule and I don’t get home some days until after midnight (a few times after 2 am). Not to mention 4 hour days solely to close.

nah but In all seriousness, let your manager know that the schedule is really messing with ur sleep schedule. 11 pm is already late but to get home around midnight or sometimes at 2am sounds exhausting. hope they can cater to your request some way

They are already helping me out by not scheduling me before 9 am (they used to have me close then go in at 7 am). And luckily it’s getting better with when I’m getting out, time wise. But it’s like we have probably 4 or 5 other adults who can close and yet I’m scheduled every night and they work mids. I’m sorry but it sucks balls.
