Loudly talks about how much she hates the mask mandate, doesn’t follow the mask mandate (per our DMs orders we can’t enforce it), loudly talks about how much she’s against the vaccine, threw a fit over the fact that we don’t have indoor seating right now, berates partners if her frappuccino doesn’t have enough of a specific syrup or if it’s not the exact right consistency, never tips, never says thank you, and yelled at me for saying that I couldn’t accept her change after I’d already put in the bills she gave me in or else it would mess up the count of the till and I would get in trouble. She wouldn’t leave the counter and started swearing at me so I just did it and let my manager know that it was Brenda. He was like, “yeah ok I get it.”

The worst thing is that I’m specifically so nice to her because I love our regulars and she just treats us like we’re supposed to be kiosks that are inconveniencing her for having feelings.
