the old modules and standard called for a lightly rounded scoop so that’s what i still do 🤷🏼

I used to do a leveled scoop until one of my shifts told me it’s supposed to be a “rounded scoop”

I do that for the chocolate malt because espresso drinkers are picky on the sweetness of their espresso drink. I don’t for matcha and vanilla bean powder because no one ever complains being to matcha-y or vanilla-y in their fraps or lattes.

think less than a heaping baby formula scoop but more than a perfectly level baking scoop of flour.

Slightly rounded scoop. You should have the steps on how to make a frap and it’ll say “slightly rounded scoops” somewhere on the steps.

i don't flatten it but i level it. we use the round containers for them so i'll scoop and use the lid to level it

i’ve always flattened my vanilla bean, matcha, and malt powder. we have the round little containers so I grab a scoop and level it out up against the half opened lid. We have the long metal scoop spoons if that makes any sense

i get big scoop and shake it a little to make a small scoop 😁

I was told it's supposed to be a flatted scoop now if that wasn't ingrained in me from a licensed store I would probably not worry about it at a corporate store but I personally still stick with a flattened scoop also helps keep consistence
