SM changed my schedule without notifying me? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Is the SM allowed to change my schedule, not notify me, then hold that against me later? This feels like a set up for termination and I am... less than enthused. Any advice?

No, and they have to talk to you in person or over the phone. Texts do not count! Starbucks uses the Teamworks app to manage schedules, and it is available for all partners to see their schedules in real time, swap and offer up shifts. It is the same place you manage/change your availability, and make time off requests.

I'm aware of the app, but I'm not going to download any corporate framework onto my personal device.
