it’s all about getting the foam right and getting comfortable moving the foam with the pitcher and that takes time. When I spend time on bar, i sneakily practice it each time i pour into espresso. my work since starting around December so i don’t sound like a couch coach🥴😅. i haven’t been able to make anything past a FW dot but now i can make more and more things to each passing day and i’m honestly enjoying the process.

thank you that’s so nice! 🤓 other tips i learned were letting the espresso drip directly on to the wall of the cup, not to let it drop on the bottom of the cup. that’s how you prevent the bubbles from forming on the top of the drink . i think she mentions it in her demonstration but u should also pour the milk into the wall of the cup to let the milk sink under that pretty layer of espresso.
