How does the trainer pay work?

No one told me there are printouts that walk you through each day and what you’ll be training on. Just print these out and you’re golden. My first trainee I was so nervous but once I had the printout it was cake. You got this!

Im a trainer at my store and it’s really fun! I always feel like i’m stepping on toes when telling a new partner what to do, but they appreciate all the advice!! It makes it easy to go through the book and eventually you will build your own training style!! Just remember to follow the book and you will be just fine!! Good Luck!!
P.S. don’t let other partners get in the way of training! this happened with my first trainee and it confused them to the max! (the hardest part for me was training sequencing!)
