It’s never too soon to quit, especially if you’re unhappy. It may actually be easier to quit now since you’re still new versus waiting and then quitting.

Could you transfer? That's be the next step for me! But you have to do what's best for you.

You could try talking to your SM about it.

this too, it’s important to bring up issues like that especially if it’s affecting you to the point of wanting to quit, they need to have their attitudes checked sometimes

I wouldn't quit without trying to talk to an SM and exhaust all your options to resolve the conflict. Its not supposed to feel bad to work here.

I have the same issue and I quit. I really tried to make it work after about two months of feeling mistreated but it wasn’t good for me especially since hours are cut! But

if you don’t want to work at starbucks anymore or for a good while, quit, if you do want to work at starbucks, try to transfer to another store, but you might have to wait a bit

never too early to quit somewhere unfortunately :(( are you able to transfer somewhere else in the area? it might be easier than having to find a new job

I definitely understand. I get blamed for anything and everything. If a drink is made wrong (and I'm on CS) they still blame me "sorry we have a new girl training" like wtf.
And when I stand up for myself ex. "Hey you cleaned thus wrong" I respond "oh, I didn't do that" and this girl goes "you don't have to have such an Attitude!"

Absolutely not. SSV love to put new people on window, tell them to clean the bathrooms, drains and backline, and give you only 15 minutes of bar time a shift.

By new I mean…. like less than a year. There has to be enough people who are significantly newer than you so they can switch their target and maintain their power jerk off.

I have never faced as much drama and meaningless social class since high school within a workplace. I’m only there for the extra money, I have a main job SB is just a second one like twice a week for me.

You being uncomfortable and not happy is more important than the job. Remember your well-being should always come first above everything.
