We had a lady that would order a java chip frapp with several customisations, but her name on the app was ICE WATER. And she expected us to add an ice water to her order, even though it wasn't on the actual order. We never put it out, but she always requested it and asked why we don't have it ready for her. Like ma'am, you didn't order one. We eventually had to tell her that she can put the ice water on her order. And she changed her name

We have a guy who’s name is [Name]-NOT SHAKEN and he gets an iced matcha and he just wants the matcha sitting on top of the milk and ice, not shaken.
