If she waits in drive thru for that long, you need to kick her out of the line. I used to have a guy like that come in as early at 20 minutes before open and he'd create a long and stagnant line of customers who'd get pissy because nobody bothers to check the time a place is open anymore. Our new policy is no waiting in drive thru until we open because of him.

We have a regular who does this every day. EVERY DAY. She gets there between 4:30 and 5 and sits at the speaker until we open
