she order a peach green tea lemonade, unsweetened, with ALMOND MILK. let’s just say it was not homogenous even with a generous shaking. I gave it to her and she was like “this is gross, can you make me a new one that’s normal?”
why are we expected to make people new drinks for free just because they ordered something and didn’t like it?

technically, our “barista promise” is that we’ll remake the drink for them/make them a drink they like. ive personally experimented with bevs and immediately regretted it. as long as they’re not abusing the policy, i don’t see an issue with it. starbucks can certainly afford it lol. i’ve made some nasty af drinks for people, 🤢 so i probably wouldn’t have even questioned the almond 💀😓

Sometimes you have to shake the almond milk in the box but also who gets almond milk in an iced green tea 😭

if it was just a green tea i would've been fine. after all milk tea exists (and is very popular with green tea, mind you). but lemonade? lemonade can make milk curdle. gross!!!!

the almond milk itself was fine. it just wouldn’t mix with the tea lol it looked super gross
