technically it's X amount of time/days from the SECOND you opened it lmao so if it's really a huge debate at your store then put the day /and/ time on it so if i were to date a sauce right now it'd be for 14 full days of it being Open because ingredients don't care about our human calendars just for how long they've been exposed to external factors lmao so id date it for 3/21 (1pm)

Powders are a week
Inclusions are 5 days
Sauce is 2 weeks
Syrup is 30 days.
If you open white mocha on a Wednesday, you do two weeks from that Wednesday which is a Wednesday

from the day you open it! so if you opened smth thats good for a week on 3/20 at 7am, then its out at 3/27 at 7am for example

A day is a 24-hour period. Whip is good for one day, so it gets dated 24 hours from when you made it. By extension, 14 24-hour days from today is March 21, so that's the date dot you'd put on it, as long as you also include the time. If you're writing only a date and not a time, then the day you open it counts as day 1.

Honestly for white mocha whatever sticker was closer. That is lastly 24 hours max before it is gone anyway.

For something that might actually expire the time you opened it on the 21st.

3/21 because thats a full 14 days. If you do 3/20 that's only 13 days. So it makes sense think of how you date mocha or chai, it's good for 24hrs (1 day). You dont date it with todays date you'd date what you made today for 3/8. A full dsy doesn't count until 24hrs later.
