i agree, they should’ve just made the impossible vegan

we actually had a test market for a vegan breakfast sandwich in the DFW area! I thought it was okay, not as good as the impossible! unfortunately, it also wasn’t popular with the customers so they won’t be on the market :(

*edit: there was also a vegan brownie, it was the same price as our normal one but a quarter of the size!! it also wasn’t popular enough!

dang :( i’m not vegan but we have little options for people who can’t have dairy and i’m vegetarian. i think our only real vegan option is the chickpea protein box? i’m not positive tho

bagels too if you don’t use cream cheese or butter!

Then it wouldn't be nearly as popular as it's been. Vegan meat substitutes can be pretty good, but vegan egg and cheese substitutes are absolute garbage. The Impossible sandwich is enjoyed by all sorts of people, but a vegan version would likely only be ordered by vegans, which means it'd be discontinued.

YES it’s so frustrating to have virtually no gluten free options except for egg bites :/
