We are not getting all the hours we want. Cutting hours and cannot clock in early or late. Not one minute over.

I’ve worked a handful of shifts in the past month where we have to close the lobby. 100% due to staffing/ hours shortage.

I personally am not affected. I worked 75 last payroll cycle. One of the newer hires, second to newest actually. Full open availability though. I picked up an extra shift each week of that cycle though. Worked 6 days two weeks in a row. I'm generally scheduled five days around 30-31 hours. I'm at 29 this week.

They aren’t much. I heard my SM was telling a shift today we are okay, but you can’t keep anyone over. Not at all. 10 minutes early out would be preferred. No one that I have talked to has had a full shift cut. I think I am down maybe 2 hours from average on the newest schedule, but my hours fluctuate a little anyway, so I’m not sure.

I’m going full time from part time. No labor shortage here, just people keeping calling in and the shifts are busier

My store just started cutting back for the next few weeks. Even though we just opened our lobby up and we have so many partners that are newer (most of our experienced staff have left) so we all feel stretched thin as it is.

I’m scheduled 1 single 4 hour closing shift this week. I usually work 20-25 hours
