So for my Partners that only have that availability, I can only schedule them a few options: open until 11a, 6a-12p, 7a-12p, 8a-12p, plus a supervisor. I work on the floor usually from 7a-11a or 12p, so that removes that shift, and leave you with one of the others. Right partner, right places in mind, when is a good time to bring you in? There’s just more that goes into it thinking outside of seniority. I’ll say though if you want more hours, open your availability. That usually works.
