We've had people order this at my store and it's because of the mobile app. For some reason when they order it, it says no strawberry purée and the customer can't deselect that as an option. I'm guessing corporate marked it out on their end? Or it's a bug.

Hmmm interesting 🧐 I’ll definitely bring it up next time they come because they’ve never complained about it or return it. They say they like it but maybe they think that’s how it’s suppose to be. Thanks!

This is bc of a glitch on the app. Trying to order a strawberry Creme frap automatically puts no puree for some reason

Mobile bug. No scoop puree is the default when ordering on the app.

Yes, we did mention it once about crème fraps but they just told us that it’s okay and that they like it that way, so we never brought it up again 🥲
