When ours is doing this our guy who comes to fix it told us it’s cause the grinds are too coarse and it’s letting too much water through. Usually if I sit by the machine and pull like 10 double shots and adjust it as it tells me to it can get it back up and running normally for the day. I will say we’ve never been able to get a permanent fix on it without calling it in tho, changing the grind to coarser a bunch of times only helps so much 😅
