is anyone else’s spotify not working? (self.starbucksbaristas)

i opened up my spotify on my way home from work and it was on the sign up screen, my first thought was it was just a glitch and i needed to sign back in but i tried both of my emails and it’s like my account is just gone! i take advantage of the free spotify premium that comes with working for starbucks and i just wanted to see if anyone was having the same issue :/
also not that anyone asked but i’m having a really emotional day and i’ve had spotify for years so if i can’t get my songs back i will be very sad

Spotify is having a systemwide outage right now! Everyone is having the same problem. Check their Twitter @spotifystatus for updates.

oh my gosh! are you new?? ur sm asm or shift lead should be able to help you, just ask about it next time you go in and they should be able to tell you or i got a packet that told me how, i can try and find it to post on here but i’m not sure if i kept it

Have you used it recently? If I remember correctly, this happens if you don’t log in for 30 days. At one point I had to go through the initial setup process again because I went so long without using it.

I just checked mine and it’s not working either. According to @SpotifyStatus on Twitter it’s a widespread issue.
