I need proof of residency to print and show the DMV. What can I print out? I asked my manager and she didn’t know.

What exactly do you mean by bank statement? Like starbucks or my bank? And any bank statement works?

A bank statement is a monthly record of all the transactions in your bank account. It will have your address at the top. Log into your account on your bank's website and there should be an option to view and print your statements; just print the most recent one.
You might also be able to use a voter registration card or an official transcript if you're currently in school. If you live with someone else whose name is on all the bills, that person might be able to come with you and sign a form saying you live with them. If you go to the website for your state's DMV you'll find a list of acceptable proofs of residency.

the dmv should also have a list of everything that they accept as proof of residency on their website

Do you live with your parents? Their bills with the same last name as yours might work. Worked with me and my mom at our dmv. Do you have any prescriptions from wallgreens? You know how they ask 1000 times for proof of your address

DMV has the list of acceptable papers. Tax documents (W2, 1099-B, etc) should be acceptable, but ultimately any official mail addressed to you should do. If you can get a physical paystub from your manager, they should have your address on them.

A piece of mail addressed to you at that location?
