I have my interview tomorrow as well. I was already a shift for 2 years but demoted last year. Did your SM give you the interview questions to practice?

How come you stepped down? I hope you get promoted again! 🤗 and yes they did! Ive definitely been practicing.. Im hoping I can give answers without having to look at my notes too much

I stepped down because I thought I was ready to part with the company. I became a 1 day a week barista and got a full time job and ultimately regret it and now I’m back with open availability. Good luck to you, btw!

Emphasize the LATTE model throughout your interview and how you would use it in your day to day. You wouldn’t have gotten the interview if they didn’t want to promote you - you’re a rockstar!

Will do! Thanks so much 🥰 I think I will post whether or not I get it. If not, I know the partner that gets it deserves it and im excited for them. My opportunity will come and I have to keep my head high. (Trying hard to keep positive vibes in my head right now hahaha)

If you get the job don’t forget to formally accept the offer via email, I didn’t and I ended up having to resubmit my application :’’)

I just got promoted and was told I had a pretty good interview. Emphasize your people skills and practical thinking. How do you respond to situations, no matter how big or small? Talk about your favorite customer interactions, teaching moments, etc. I came in with a sheet of paper where I wrote down most anything I could find pertinent to the role! Good luck!!!!

The questions are on the partner hub, I’d look that up
