I swear to god some shifts wait till the last fucking minute to do a trash run. Crazy concept but when anyone goes on a break or goes home have them take out a trash can or do a trash run, then this shit won’t happen.

I would imagine that this typically happens in scenarios where it's too busy to spare a single person for a single second. More so recently because of the lack of labor we are given. It may be due to bad time management but I doubt it, given the context of the other pictures.
