Oh the barista and I both filed incident reports, and our sm had a conversation with her next time she came in (in which when asked if she wanted to apologize to me said “I’m just not ready to do that” 🙄)
She has a history of being extremely rude, I honestly have no idea how she hasn’t been banned yet 🤷🏼♂️

i tried to file a report about a customer to my manager the other day, but she left me on seen🥰😍. im in highschool so i work night shifts, & i never see our sm around bc she works mornings. so i cant tell her in person. our store has a regular customer that gives everyone attitude, she treats us all like crap. and when she orders she takes a whole 15 minutes to order(during peak) bc she always wants to try like 4 new drinks, with a million different modifications. but the other day i was the very lucky person to take her order and i just kept repeating the order back to her bc i didnt want her causing a scene if she got her drinks made wrong. but she still caused a scene bc i didnt know her order that "all my coworkers know". but anyways she was giving me attitude and so i gave her attitude back and she was like "do u have a problem" , "do u wanna get someone else to take my order?" & i was like "yes i do" & my supervisor took her order, and i love her bc she was kinda yelling at the lady for yelling at me. & my supervisor told me that the customer called me a dumb bech. and yah my ssv told me she would file a report bc we are ALL sick of her & her entitlement. shes a whole grown woman. like bro u work at walmart. um anyways i was trying to decide whether i should hex her or let karma do its thing:D

the second a customer starts cursing is when i tell them to get out. if they already paid i give them a refund and tell them they can come back when they're ready to treat my baristas with respect but until then they aren't welcome anywhere near my store or my baristas

I just want to let you know that you don’t have to wait on your SSV to file the incident report if you don’t want to! There’s an app on the iPad titled IRF, or incident reporting form. It asks for the reporting partners name and a description of the incident, but you don’t have to be a supervisor to fill one out. These get sent straight to your DM, who will follow up with your SM on your behalf if necessary. It also puts it in writing, which is always important, especially if you’re trying to get a customer restriction.

A few years ago at my store, we had a customer mobile order over 100 cake pops. I think it ended up being for some sort of part but…yea we did not have enough for them.

Iced lemon loaves are pretty popular in my store. I'm not sure what our par is, but some days we have at least 30. Today we started with only 8, though. They were gone before peak even started
