Literally had this situation where someone got a venti mocha frappuccino and asked to split it in two tall cups. Shift lead was like “alright bet” and proceeds to do that but of course we all know if you do that there’s still some room even with the whip cream and she was like “I see what he’s doing and he paid for a venti and that’s the amount he’s getting. He complains then he can pay for another drink, we are not playing this game anymore”. Luckily the guy didn’t care but man I love my store for not putting up with nonsense lol

oh that kinda makes sense?? not really but i get what they’re trying to do. if i didn’t take their order and that came up on my bar i’d be so confused lol

i mean to be fair the sizes don’t make the most sense, especially if you don’t come here often. but yeah i just kept it in the venti and they never called to complain 🤷
