We work so hard and receive nothing for our efforts. My store specifically had improved so much over the years and continue to be top three in the district and they can’t even give us new espresso machines. I’m literally at the point now where I’m telling baristas to fuck the drive times and just take your time with everything. The company cares so much about the customer experience but continues to neglect the people actually making them the money. All because they are greedy.
