I’m still kind of new to bar because I never get bar time, does anyone have any tips on how to get better on bar so I can get faster drive times?
Lately I’ve been getting a bit more time because we hired a bunch of new people and when we close I’m usually the one with most experience by a couple of months, but I have gotten a bit faster and even got a 51 time with someone who was new to drive(that’s my fastest I’ve ever had). Any tips/advice would be appreciated!

I’m not from a drive through but what I tell my partners when they are new to bar is to really focus on staying in sequence and do what you can to keep bar area clear. I know it seems impossible sometimes but it’s going to make things a lot easier

Honestly it has to be a well oiled machine, good has to be going good, bar, DTO and DTW. Everyone and everything needs to work together, but sequencing is you biggest thing. As well as start making your drink when you hear it o we the sowakee

What everyone else is saying. Just work on sequencing, that’s your best bet. It seems though you’re doing great already! :)
