It's ok to not be ok. You need to call your sm or the sm in charge of that store. Tell them you're having a medical emergency. Call Sedgwick and file for a short-term term leave of absence. You need to do that if it's any longer than 3 shifts missed, and likely you'll be on a 72 hour hold. Get your job protected. It should also be paid out if it's any longer. You shouldn't get any corrective actions if the LOA is filed and approved. Wherever you go, they should be able to file your paperwork for you. Go get yourself admitted and take care of yourself. You are important, and there is no replacement for you. I'm happy you're in therapy. YOU MATTER. 💙
