Do you guys watch them make your drinks the way you like it or do you just order it and accept what comes out? Me personally I have to watch them because somehow they will mess up a cup of water if I ordered it…

I never micromanage the person making my drink because I would hate for someone to do that to me. If my drink comes out badly I probably will say something because most baristas don’t really mind remaking if you’re nice about it.

I don’t micromanage but I definitely tell them. I’m always nice about it but I guess at my store we all do the same thing so I’m not bothered if they tell me they want something filled to a certain line.

if its during my shift or at the end i'll make it myself and just apologize for getting in the way lol ,,, my drink has been made incorrectly way too many times and i have trust issues 😭
if i'm just visiting i'll sit down and not watch but if something seems off i'll defo ask about it or ask for it to be remade (nicely, obvi)

Yeah I’m always nice because I understand that they’re busy I usually always make my own drink it was just this time.

When I know we are too busy for me to make it myself I order something that will be fine if made according to recipe specifications.

I know how specific we baristas can be so if making a coworkers drink I ask them specifically how they want it
