Lady comes in, orders this, watches barista make it and then asks her to make it again because we double batched it like the taste is going to be any different... this doesn't even fit in a tall cup 😒 (i.redd.it)

She sounds like the worst omg...but tbh, if she was charged for the heavy cream, it would at least be added to the labor of it being made one of the two times :/

I mean with that many pumps of frap roast I’m not sure it would be more then a splash of heavy cream.

Yeah, unless they wanted a splash of hc added to the regular whole milk you need to move to the left side of the screen for your milks when they are changing their milk options. The right side is for coffee, cold brew, nitro, and americanos.

U can double blended it next time to avoid her dumb demand
em0tional-shawty [OP] 2 points 1y ago
We did and that's why she made us remake it

She being dumb then.

Honest question, did you actually like half batch it twice? So 6 pumps then milk to the line twice? Pretty brilliant work around else the texture would be way off I’m guessing.

She ordered 2 of these. 12 pumps frappe roast, 12 pumps white mocha, so there was a total of 24 pumps each in the blender when we double batched it. She made us remake it individually for her after she watched the girl make it and knew it was her drink.
