Noooooo! That’s awful! Our DTO always says “We don’t have the components to make a honey citrus mint tea, can I get you another hot tea or another drink instead?” And more often than not they choose something wildly different

Our SM is actually having us do this too but then our ASM says to tell customers we don’t have it because we can’t make it to standard.. very odd. It hasn’t been as bad as it use to. I’m from the Midwest and our weather picked up to the 50s so we had a ton of Frappuccinos and refreshers.

We had it for two(?) months after I got hired and we’ve been out ever since. I saw in some update that we should be getting it back soonish and it was one of the items affected by the shortages

I don't know if it's the supply chain issues we're now getting used to or that HCMT went viral or both. But if an acquaintance learns I work at Sbux this is the beverage they talk about, I really don't get it. Apparently it's mysterious/magical to them but I tell them to heat up some lemonade at home
