We have a customer who has come the last few days and gets an iced chai with matcha and 2 shots of espresso 🤢

The brewed chai is different than our chai concentrate. Matcha chais have been a popular thing since last year. Usually they're iced but I'm not surprised to see a hot one rn

Yeah, hot water with 4 pumps of chai and 2 scoops of matcha… and she ended up being a partner from another store!!

I forgot that you guys put water in chai. My boss felt that it was gross to add water to it and she trained me not to do it. Didn't know until like 6 months later
