So I work window or dto every shift, I don’t mind it. I love window. Anyways, since I am usually window someone else does dto unless its slow. Every.Single.Person who does dto with me at the window literally either walks away or doesn’t give me drinks/food. So I have to walk around them to grab everything while they are just talking with everyone. Does anyone else experience this while at window? I’m literally so frustrated with it.

part of DTO routine is to “stage” orders meaning to prep them with stoppers/sleeves/straws and line them up in order for handout. it’s the shift supervisors job to make sure all routines are followed so try taking to them. if nothing comes of it take it up to your manager. if you want or need backup, i’m almost positive you can find some sort of standard routine on the partner hub that they can’t really deny

I feel your pain. I am stuck at window for 4 to 5 hours each shift. There is only one partner that doesn't walk away or help sort drinks. I wish I could figure out how to fix the issue.

Talk to your shifts. They shouldn’t be walking away unless they have to get a food item.

Well today was understandable it was me and three other people and one was my ssv doing things like counts etc. So I get it for today but any other day it makes me so mad. Theres one girl who does it for me. Thats it.
