There's a woman who has trained her toddler to scream "HELLO" into the speaker as soon as they pull up. It shouldn't irritate me as much as it does.

I'd rather have that than some Karen who bellows it thru the mic everyday at like 7am

I can't stand the people that ask me "how are you doing?" (I always say "I'm doing pretty well, how are you?") And then interrupt me to order.

Yep I love the "I'm fine thanks how are you I want a caramel macchiato."

They don't even take a breath to let you answer lol.

Oh, and every time I hear "I need..." 😐😐

And every time someone says "can I get..." I want to say no.

What about the “give me a…” idk why that really gets me pissed off quick, especially when it’s a large order and they say that for every drink.

I can't stand "I need..." No, you actually don't NEED a Venti Caramel "Frappé" made with heavy cream, and half an inch of caramel drizzle on the bottom, you fat tub of lard.

i was telling my boyfriend about this yesterday actually. i usually interrupt them as they’re ordering and say “i’m good what can i get started for you today?” usually stops them mid way and leaves them speechless for a few seconds lmao

we have a lady who goes in one breath “Hi how are you? good to hear I want.” Like girl if you don’t care about how I am just don’t ask. You look like a prick by doing it that way🥲

the staring face down at their phone and hanging there card out there window does it for me

I used to lie to customers when they did that and would say over the speakers “hi, I’m sorry if there’s someone there waiting but it’ll be a second before I can hear you because the microphone blows out if someone yells too loud or honks their horn. So we’ll just have to wait for it to reset in a second.” It’s best to only do that when there’s a line, otherwise they’ll just pull up to the window instead. But it’s so fun to make them wait and think it’s their own fault 😂
