Need help with a appeal (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Kinsamiss
223**** I’ve been a partner on and off since ‘16. Never had a problem at any sbux or job for that matter. Because of my first job I transferred to a store on Nov 7th. SM and ASM were super cool. Got along extremely well from day one. Have a amazing relationship with both. By Dec20th I apparently already had four ‘discrepancies’ on my name for ethics&compliance. This entire time everyone was super nice. I never thought there was an issue. Beginning of March rolls around. First job moving me once again. Already starting a transfer with the next sbux. It’s taking forever. The investigator calls me and tells me what’s up. I’m blindsided. Don’t even know what he’s talking about(the discrepancies) I get a call three days later saying he’s done with everything and sending his info in. He didn’t even know I had already left that sbux. Two weeks later (Friday March 11th) my SM calls me and is pissed this is happening cuz he knew nothing about it. Had worked with me the majority of the time and didn’t understand why this was happening. Told me to appeal.

TL:DR someone didn’t like me enough in a month and a half to call E&C. Got me fired and I’m trying to appeal. What’s the best way to fill out the form.

I just got a final write up for being 8 minutes late and have NEVER gotten a write up before, been talked to before, or anything of that matter. I’ve been there for like almost 3 years. Most of my coworkers love me so I don’t understand what’s happened at my store but I’ve been pissed about it
