Our hours continue to be reduced. In two weeks everyone in the store will be 15 or less. I don’t know what to do, and my store manager always ignores my scheduling requests so it would be basically impossible to get another job

It hurts that they just don’t care about us anymore. I think they are trying to weed out all the people who want to unionize and aren’t realizing they are pushing more of us to unionize

You should look into unemployment or underemployment. It can help to supplement your income until your hours get back to where you need them. If that ever happens 😥

have you tried changing your hours in the app? Tell her you CANNOT show up for specific days. thats what i did
