Wtf dude. You don’t have to work past the availability she approved without agreeing to it. Also I hope for her sake this was a gross mistake. Talk to her and then follow up with your DM. And they wonder why so many stores are going union.

She changed it! I absolutely was like what the heck are you trying to do to me- she still changed it to hours I’ve told her I was unable to work but you win some you lose some I guess 😅

She’s also ignored my availability’s- the one she has me set too is the one I put for my application when I was able to work one or the other shift and I explained my new situation/ put in a new availability multiple times and she keeps denying them over “too much business” but then cut me down to two days to hours that are physically almost impossible for me to work due to me not have babysitters on hand like that

Go to your DM. You obviously care about your job and that’s a rare trait these days. You’ve tried to work with her smh. It’s so unfortunate that you’re being treated that way. Is there another store in the area you could look at transferring to?

It’s the SBUXPARTNERHRS app- I think you have to download the hub and then it gives you the app but I honestly don’t remember the steps. Ask your shift lead about it!
