Is it just my store is everyone else experiencing hour cute and constant offers to go home early??

It’s nationwide. My manager said that as a company Starbucks isn’t making as much as before so they are cutting hours. (Which is the worst thing to do when you aren’t selling much, cuz now everyone is stressed and the customers don’t get served properly)

Arnt they making record profits or something? I keep getting my hours cut and asked to leave early and it’s making me want to jump ship if it keeps going this way

The company is making mad profits, however the company overspent significantly in labor this quarter and they are trying to do some damage control before the quarter is over.
