It is definitely company wide, I’ve seen that the worse your SM overspent on Noncoverage and Training time the more the barista and SSV hours are being cut. Me and my SM figured that we’d just take extra days off each week (we take a pay cut when we do this even though we’re salaried). Hasn’t really affected our partner hours that much, but they are definitely annoyed we’re off more (can’t really win with the labor battle tbh).
It’s a hard time all around but if your SM was irresponsible early in the quarter you’re gonna be feeling it more.
