You can search for how to clean anything on the partner hub. When I looked they didn’t have my store’s exact model on the how-to page but you can figure it out pretty easily. Just start it as early as you can because the cleaning cycle and turning it back on takes a good while. I don’t really know the exact time, less than half an hour, and that doesn’t including wiping stuff down, but if you’re figuring everything out it could take longer.

What I've been told is to melt the remaining with the hot americano water. Fill up a pitcher (the ones for mocha sauce) with sanitizer water and rinse down the sides with the solution. Then take a magic eraser and scrub down the sides. Once finished rise the sides of the bin with the hot water a couple times. Refill with ice.

Leave a note so the open/mid SSV turns it off after peak. Your going to be melting for an hour otherwise.
