I’m confused how to check my pto. i asked my friend who works at starbucks and she doesn’t remember how she checked hers. my manager hasn’t been there so i haven’t been able to ask her. how do i check how much pto i have ?

You can find it attached to your recent pay stub. Half way down it will tell you how many vacay/sick hours you have.

i stumbled across this post and i got curious aswell but for some reason when i log into my partner info it doesn’t show anything about sick time or pto. i used it a few times to check my sick hours but now that option isn’t even available for me is there another way i can check?

I’m not sure! It used to be on MPI, I think another post in this subreddit said that they’re moving the information somewhere else. Try partner hub or the Partner Contact Center Helpline maybe?
