I always do the toe touch, arms across chest, hands clasped behind back and arch forwards. For hands pull your fingers back gently while laying your wrist against a table. Bend fingers down gently. Touch thumb to each finger a few times.
I focus on stretching my back and hands/wrists. Those are the spots that hurt the most for me

For barista wrist ask your manager if you can wear a wrist brace on shift! Mine was killing me for a month or so and after a few days with the brace it’s all better again! :)
