I believe LOA counts towards BEN hours. I’d call the benefits line and talk to them

I would look at it, I mean you also only need 20 hours a week, that’s like 3 shifts if you are scheduled for 8’s, which isn’t bad. It might be easier to do three shifts then have off until the next week (so like: MTW…off the rest of the week, and then back the lady three of Friday, Saturday, Sunday For the next week.)
